These terms describe basic responsibilities for institutions and users when accessing TahfizFlow.

Institution responsibility
Each institution is responsible for ensuring it has permission to enter teacher, student, parent and operational data into TahfizFlow.
Account security
Users must keep login details secure and access only records they are authorized to view.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used to upload unlawful content, bypass tenant access controls, misuse student data or interfere with system security.
External services
WhatsApp and payment features depend on external providers and may require additional approval, keys, fees or terms.
Service changes
TahfizFlow may improve features, security controls and provider integrations over time.
This operational notice is a product compliance baseline and should be reviewed by a qualified legal or PDPA advisor before public launch.
